QorusDocs Brand & Web Refresh: A Goal-Driven Transformation
Goal-driven refresh of QorusDocs brand and website: from concept sketches and Miro wireframes to a high-fidelity prototype in Figma, enhancing user experience.
The branding process began with sketches to capture the essence of QorusDocs. By focusing on keywords like “faster,” “proposals,” “building,” and “documents,” we aimed to create a logo symbolizing the efficient creation of multiple documents and proposals. This iterative process ensured the final design resonated with the brand’s vision.

Phase 2: Wireframes
While finalizing the branding, the digital strategy and content team provided a detailed wireframe for the new interface. Collaborating in Miro, we ensured we hit all conversion points. Once aligned, I designed the prototype in Figma.

Phase 3: Website UI
Considering the relevant target market, the user interface had to be clean and have a premium impression. Photography-based imagery with customized icons and software representations of QorusDocs was created to achieve the end goal.

Phase 4: Web Development HubSpot CMS
HubSpot CMS was used to build the website. Using HubSpot, the QorusDocs marketing team can manage all their digital marketing efforts from a single repository.
