The Problem
The experience lacked clarity and structure, leading to:
confusing navigation and unclear user pathways
inconsistent UI patterns across screens
difficulty completing key actions efficiently
Approach
1. Identify friction points
Analyzed user flows to pinpoint where users experienced confusion or drop-off.
2. Simplify workflows
Reduced unnecessary steps and clarified pathways to make key actions easier to complete.
3. Improve UI hierarchy
Reorganized layout, typography, and spacing to highlight important content and actions.

Introduced consistent UI and interaction patterns to create a more predictable experience.
