The Problem
Users were navigating complex, multi-functional systems with:
inconsistent UI patterns
unclear workflows
high cognitive load
This led to inefficiencies, confusion, and difficulty completing key tasks across different tools.
Approach
1. Define workflows and user needs
Mapped core user flows across applications to identify friction points, redundancies, and gaps in the experience.
2. Simplify and standardize interactions
Redesigned flows to reduce unnecessary steps and improve clarity, focusing on intuitive navigation and predictable interactions.
3. Build scalable UI patterns
Developed reusable components and design patterns to ensure consistency across multiple products and use cases.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally
Worked closely with product managers and engineers to align on requirements, validate feasibility, and iterate on solutions.

Deep Dive: System Consistency
One of the biggest challenges was fragmentation across tools.
