For this project, I developed a complete marketing strategy and competitive intelligence system for an alcoholic beverage brand in Australia. I started by designing a clear, jargon-free marketing framework loop that mapped out the brand’s full growth engine from awareness and engagement to conversion, retention, and advocacy.
I identified realistic KPIs, set performance benchmarks, and built simple tracking tables to help the client measure progress without complexity. To strengthen the strategy, I conducted in-depth competitor research using data sources, uncovering market trends, consumer behaviors, pricing patterns, and positioning gaps within the Australian alcohol niche.
The final delivery included a clean, easy-to-understand framework, performance metrics, competitor insights, and a plain-language description explaining how all components work together. This project showcased my ability to turn complex marketing systems into actionable, scalable tools that founders and small teams can implement immediately.
