Baroque Properties

Baroque Properties is a portal for renting and buying high-end properties and vacation homes

Timeline: August 2022 - June 2023

My Role: UI/UX Designer

Deliverables: Wireframe, User research results, Design System, Customers' Website UI design and prototype, Agents Dashboard Design and prototype

The first step was gathering the requirements form the platform owner and lineup with them on what is future vision of the platform

To be open with you, this step took a LOT OF WORK, going through multiple iterations and have a lot of conversations with the platform users to maximize the benefit that they would get form the platform

one of the bigger challenges that we encountered was that the actual users of the platform weren't necessarily the people who will use the service, but their personal assistances or their secretaries, which required a lot of tweaking for the process and a lot of communication

The solution was actually simpler than we expected when studying the challenge:

Without going into too much details to secure the privacy of my client, we created a series of automated emails that tailored to the customers flow of action which reduced the confusion and the issue faced by them significantly
