Here’s a look at the full UX/UI + branding design I crafted for Haay.pl — a Polish online store supplying everything from school and office supplies to creative materials and stationery essentials. With over 10 000 products and same-day dispatch on most items, the site needed to be both vast and immediately navigable.

I started by creating a friendly, clean brand vibe — choosing a modern color palette, legible typography, and approachable micro-illustrations. These visual elements give Haay a trustworthy, modern image that’s far from the typical sterile supply store.

The homepage highlights key categories (e.g., office devices, paper, BHP supplies) in clear, scrollable blocks. Each product card presents name, price, availability, quick-add, and shipping info instantly. No fluff — just clear, efficient browsing — exactly what a busy buyer expects .

From cart to confirmation, we simplified the journey: clear steps, persistent summary, and reassurance (“24h shipping”, “Free delivery over 249 PLN”) at each stage. The design balances clarity with trust-building details to reduce abandonment.

I led the full UX, UI & branding process: from wireframing flows and color system, through homepage and checkout screens, to the full design of the product card and architectural layout. Everything was delivered as a modular Figma design system, ready for Magento implementation.
