UX/UI design for real estate developer website

Here’s a deeper look into the UX/UI design I created for POZ Invest — a real estate developer based in Poznań, Poland. The goal was to craft a modern, user-focused website that helps people explore available apartments and get in touch with the sales team effortlessly.

Investment pages

Each residential project, like Domy Jagodna or Zacisze, has its own dedicated page designed to work like a digital brochure. We used full-screen visual headers, quick facts, location highlights, a document section, and a responsive gallery — all structured to keep the user in context while exploring the offer.

Apartment listing & cards

The list of available apartments is integrated directly into each investment page. No need to jump between views — users can filter units by size, number of rooms, floor, or availability. Each apartment card displays key specs and includes floorplan previews in a lightbox. On mobile, the card layout becomes horizontal and swipeable for a smoother experience.

Animations & microinteractions

To support the brand’s modern feel, we used subtle transitions, soft hover states, and interactive highlights across key UI components. Nothing flashy — just enough to add clarity, feedback, and a bit of polish.

Homepage search & interactions

We also implemented an expandable apartment search module right on the homepage. It starts as a compact panel and expands on interaction, revealing filters like location, area, number of rooms, and availability. It's a small feature — but makes a big difference in user flow and engagement.
I was responsible for the full UX and UI design, delivering a modular design system and Figma handoff tailored for easy implementation by the external dev team.
