Problem: The majority of Ensamble ATR’s carriers do not speak English, which makes communication with shippers, receivers, and brokers very cumbersome. At times, these carriers need to pick up and/or deliver shipments during odd hours (e.g. 03:00am on a Saturday). During these shipments, Ensamble ATR’s dispatchers, who often serve as interpreters for the carriers, are not available to communicate with shippers, receivers, or brokers.

Solution: I created an app that empowers carriers to communicate with all necessary parties at any time of day. They can send updates and inform both their dispatcher and the broker of what is happening on the road, at the warehouse, or at a delivery site.
