"Learn and Earn" is an innovative Edtech portal integrated directly into the broader Ethical Bank platform. The business objective was to incentivize users to improve their financial literacy by rewarding them for completing educational modules.

Banking apps are inherently strict, corporate, and transactional. The challenge was designing a learning portal that sat seamlessly within this rigid ecosystem, yet felt engaging enough that users wanted to spend time there. If it felt like a traditional banking form, users would abandon the courses.

I purposefully broke away from the strict corporate aesthetic of the main banking app, introducing a playful, gamified visual identity specifically for the Learn and Earn portal.

To drive engagement, I designed a dual-reward logic system featuring both "Instant" and "Cumulative" rewards. The UI highlights user progression through visual milestones and leaderboards, tapping into behavioral design principles to build a habit of learning.

The final Figma handoff provided the development team with a complete, cross-platform UI that successfully balances corporate trust with gamified delight. By prioritizing behavioral design, the Learn and Earn portal transforms financial education from a chore into a rewarding, engaging experience.
