Xplainable.io is a machine learning platform helping startups and enterprises deploy explainable, actionable ML models without deep technical knowledge.

They approached Capi Product to redesign their entire digital presence — from marketing site to web app interface — to make machine learning more human, transparent, and approachable.

Before the redesign, Xplainable faced several challenges:

Complex messaging: Their product was powerful but hard to communicate to non-technical founders.

Fragmented UX: The website and web app had inconsistent design patterns and visual identity.

Low engagement: Users couldn’t clearly see the platform’s value within the first few seconds.

The main goal was to simplify the product narrative and create an interface that communicates “AI clarity” through both words and visuals.
