Blinker Concierge - Dashboard Design

Blinker is a concierge management tool that quietly handles the mess behind luxury living. From package tracking and parking management to maintenance requests and incident reports, it helps concierges stay on top of everything without breaking a sweat. It also has AI features built in to automate the boring stuff and save time where it counts.

The idea with this redesign was to take something operational and make it feel premium. Instead of the usual clunky enterprise software, Blinker feels clean, calm, and trustworthy. I wanted the interface to reflect the experience of living in a high-end building, organized, effortless, and reliable.

The hero introduces the product with simplicity and confidence. Clear messaging, elegant layout, and just enough personality to make it feel human. It’s not loud or flashy. It’s software that gets out of the way and lets people do their jobs better.
