Just knock is a bit like a recruiting superhero 🦹🏻♀️
In a few words:
✊ We are an employer branding agency designed for all those companies that really want to work on their values and mission to attract the best talents
🤝 We are a job board where talents submit applications anonymously, to avoid any type of discrimination
🗣️We are also a media company: we strive every day to innovate and improve the working world through our content.
Our vision is to create a job market in which selection processes are more meritocratic and in which the uniqueness of companies and candidates is maximised.
My main tasks 👀
Develop social media campaigns across all social media channels (tiktok, ig, LinkedIn, Youtube)
Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
Update social media content across all channels
Engage with customers and followers
Use social media marketing tools such as Fanpage Karma and Hootsuite
Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
Establish relationships with Media Companies to develop a strong network
Develop content or get it done by content developers
Keep an eye on social media trends
Communicate effectively to all stakeholders
