Aims & Objectives
Research functionalities of Salesforce through primary and secondary research, finding business cases and proposing the projects justifications and analysis.
Identify and analyse the Account Management Teams’ CRM needs and skills, through conducting primary research in the form of a survey.
Research the functionality of the Community and Analytical platforms within Salesforce to see how it can be appropriately used within the company’s structure. This will be reviewed through a monthly meeting with the Project Sponsor and the outcomes will be captured in the project review document.
Research examples of other businesses using Salesforce to understand the platforms and functionalities they have implemented to aid their working processes. This will be measured through the review document.
Recommend which tools within the Salesforce platforms to use with appropriate justification of the rationale for the suggestions, priority reasoning and order of implementation. This will be assessed by feedback from the Report and the Monthly Presentations to Siemens Management.
