Overview

This project involved managing social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn and Twitter, for a PR software brand. The goal was to boost engagement, increase brand visibility, and foster community interaction by creating engaging content and strategically repurposing existing materials. My responsibilities included content creation, community management, and performance tracking to drive optimal results.

Key Contributions

1. Content Creation

Developed 3-4 weekly LinkedIn posts and 7 tweets per week.
Utilized Canva for creating eye-catching visuals that align with the brand’s tone and aesthetics.
Repurposed existing blog posts, videos, and other content to maintain relevance and maximize engagement.
Ensured all content was reviewed and approved by the client before posting.

2. Community Engagement

Actively responded to tagged posts and direct messages to engage with users.
Retweeted and reshared relevant content from industry thought leaders and partner organizations to establish authority in the PR community.
Engaged in conversations with industry professionals and PR agencies to foster relationships and increase brand awareness.

3. Hashtag Strategy and Optimization

Conducted research on effective hashtags to ensure the posts reached the right audience, leveraging trending topics and industry terms such as #MediaMonitoring, #DigitalPR, and #ContentMarketing.
Used insights from BuzzSumo to stay on top of current industry trends and incorporated those insights into content.

4. Platform Management and Scheduling

Managed content and community engagement via Agorapulse, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely posting.
Monitored analytics to assess content performance, engagement levels, and community growth.
