To grow the brand's Twitter presence, I developed a comprehensive social media strategy focused on humanizing the brand and fostering genuine engagement with the audience. By shifting away from automated, impersonal posts and implementing a mix of community engagement, influencer marketing, and targeted giveaways, I built a more active, engaged follower base. A key highlight was the Ledger Nano S Giveaway, which attracted over 3,300 retweets, 2,000 likes, and reached 37,000+ users, significantly boosting the brand's visibility and credibility. In just two months, this approach led to a 380% increase in followers, from 1,250 to over 6,000, while engagement metrics surged by over 50%.
