Ensuring intuitive website navigation for event planners and attendees.

INSID3RS.io is a B2B2C blockchain-powered platform that provides transparent and secure ticketing and loyalty management solutions for live events and creators.
INSID3RS.io needed a seamless user experience across their website and app. We prototyped and tested designs from a previous team to ensure intuitive navigation. Our process was guided by a detailed Client Intake Questionnaire, Project Overview, and Checklist.

Problem

INSID3RS.io underwent a redesign and encountered challenges with ensuring seamless flow across both the website and app, as well as coherent user flows. Our focus was on prototyping and testing the designs, ensuring intuitive usability.
Usability testing highlighted critical issues such as unclear navigation to the homepage, a lack of brand details on the home page, and an inaccessible Contact page.

Solution

Our team crafted interactive prototypes for both the website and mobile app, ensuring seamless connectivity between active features and their respective pages. During this process, we identified the need for a hamburger menu to streamline the mobile experience, which I took the initiative to design.
Collaboratively, we developed a comprehensive Research and Testing Plan, after which I leveraged Lookback.io to create a usability test. We then proceeded to recruit participants for valuable feedback.
Once testing was completed, the team consolidated the findings into a detailed report. Through careful analysis and synthesis, we implemented necessary enhancements to the high-fidelity designs and prototypes, ensuring an optimized user experience.
As the final step, we prepared the designs for handoff to the development team, including comprehensive annotations and precise measurements, facilitating a smooth transition to the implementation phase.

Each Design Phase

01 Discovery

The client asked us to redesign their website for both desktop and mobile and to test the usability of those new designs. Our team's role was to take the high-fidelity designs, build a prototype, conduct user testing, and implement feedback before handing everything off to the developers.

02 Prototyping

Our team developed a mobile and desktop prototype using pre-existing high-fidelity designs.

Final Thoughts

This experience allowed me to showcase my communication and problem-solving skills and eagerness to push creative boundaries, but also highlighted my ability to prioritize project requirements and collaborate effectively with the team.
