The client: Studio Inkline is a private, appointment-only tattoo studio in Bandra West, Mumbai, run by artist Meera Shah. She does fine-line, botanical and custom work and takes one client at a time.

The challenge: Every booking lived in Instagram DMs. Agreeing a date, understanding the idea, quoting and confirming took days of back-and-forth, and nothing held a client to their slot. Meera was losing 3 in 10 sessions to no-shows.

Iteration. Refined in small, focused rounds, one change at a time, so the booking logic stayed stable.

Polish. Gallery layout, subtle scroll and hover motion, a fast-loading 1200×630 share image and security updates.
