MISA-Booking is an AI-powered voice assistant designed to revolutionize bookkeeping by making financial tasks easier, faster, and more accurate. As a progressive web app (PWA), MISA-Booking simplifies financial management for businesses and individuals through intuitive voice commands and automation.

From the start of this project to its completion, I served as the Lead Product Designer (UI/UX).

I gathered insights from stakeholders and users, conducted research, analyzed data, and defined key information to guide design decisions. I developed sketches, created designs, validated choices, and built interactive prototypes.

Additionally, I led and collaborated with two designers, ensuring alignment to deliver a user-friendly and efficient solution

The estimated timeline for the design phase of this project was 24 weeks. After completing the design, we waited for the development team to begin implementation. Once the initial version was built, we took it to market for testing and gathered feedback from usability testing. Based on this feedback, we have continued to iterate and refine the design, and the iteration process is still ongoing.

Bookkeeping has always been a challenge for small and medium-sized businesses—manual data entry is time-consuming and error-prone. Unlike large firms with access to advanced accounting software and technical expertise, small businesses often struggle with complex solutions.
