Call Center Agent JAN 2018 - JAN 2020 L Media Car, Health and Home Insurance Company My primary responsibility was to assist customers with a wide range of inquiries related to their insurance policies.
In my role, I worked with customers over the phone and through email. My job required me to be patient, empathetic, and able to quickly and accurately resolve customer issues. I also had to be knowledgeable about the company's policies and procedures.

The Task ✨

• I provide quotes for car, health and home insurance based on the customer's input.
• I answer common questions about car and home insurance, such as how to file a claim or what is covered under a particular policy.
• I help customers compares quotes from multiple insurance companies to find the best coverage at the best price.
• I help customers manage their car and home insurance policies, such as by reminding them when a policy is due for renewal or helping them update their coverage.
• I assist customers in filing a claim, including by gathering the necessary documentation and helping them through the process.
