Casting Now: German Drag Queens 💅

As Casting Producer for the first season of Drag Race Germany, I was part of the Germany speaking team.

In the beginning we reached out to as many Queen's and Queer Spaces in GSA, so that everyone in the community hears about the Casting. We also helped the talents with Questions about their Casting tape.

We translated the tapes for our American colleagues and gave them insights, where cultural barriers made it harder for them to understand the tapes.

We also created subtitles for the tapes and created Portfolios for all suitable talents and creating background and artist checks for them.

It was also my responsible to keep our Excel Sheets, Casting Crane and Email Account Up To Date + communicating through time zones with my supervising team in the states.
