Prodigy Finance is a fintech company designed to provide international students with collateral-free financing for their education through loans. I was employed to bring a more modernized style of design to the team and also to work on some features that were to be launched in a few months.

The existing mentor onboarding process suffers from two key shortcomings;

Lack of a centralized platform

Manual data entry

This creates operational inefficiencies and scalability issues. fails to capitalize on the potential of the mobile app for a streamlined experience. More than 50% of customers drop off from the first step.

I make sure to apply the Design Thinking Process to any project I’m working on which is a user-centered approach to problem-solving. This helps me to create solutions that address real functional user problems.
