Overview
Shuzia Universe is a digital media platform that allows users to create and enjoy digital media. Shuzians (users) can pay for a monthly subscription to listen to unlimited audio (ranging from music, audiobooks, spoken words, and messages) and buy books. Besides its paid content, Shuzia has free content and amazing blog posts.
Understanding the Problem
Who are the Users
We have two types of users. The first type of users are the ones that upload content for others to consume while the second users come to the platform to consume/purchase content. This is more like a B2B and B2C approach.
Music artists- these users upload their music, view their insight, and enjoy other content.
Authors- they upload their books and the platform accepts the audio version so that it can be infused to ease reading.
Spoken words artist- they upload the audio version of their content.
Blog writers- Since the platform is user-generated, the article and blog posts are curated by users who want their writing skills out there.
Understanding the Client's goals and requirements in line with the problems identified during my initial research phase was what I needed to map out an intuitive web and app experience.
