The brief

DealDesk is a procurement consultancy that helps enterprises negotiate better deals on software and services. They had invested in a comprehensive Figma design but needed it built and live fast, with no in-house Framer expertise and a non-negotiable two-week deadline tied to a major industry event.
The task was clear: translate a detailed, multi-page Figma design into a fully functional, responsive, SEO-optimized Framer website without cutting corners on quality or interactions. Every hover state, every animation, and every breakpoint had to match the original vision.

Discovery and strategy

Before writing a line of code, we audited the Figma files and surfaced opportunities: inconsistent spacing we could systematize, interaction patterns that would benefit from Framer's native capabilities, and responsive cases the original design hadn't fully addressed. We brought DealDesk recommendations that enhanced the design rather than changed it: smooth transitions where the Figma showed static states, and responsive layouts where mobile was undefined.

Design approach

The design was clean and corporate with a warm edge: navy and cream tones, generous whitespace, and confident typography. We matched every color value, font size, and spacing decision from the source, then added the polish that only comes from building in a real environment: scroll-triggered reveals for key sections, subtle parallax on hero imagery, and micro-interactions on buttons and cards.

Development and build

The two-week timeline demanded disciplined execution. We broke the build into daily milestones and kept DealDesk in the loop with daily progress updates, batching feedback into two review cycles. Despite the pace, we implemented comprehensive SEO: semantic HTML, optimized meta tags for every page, image alt text, Open Graph tags, and a clean sitemap.

Results

The site went live on day 14, exactly as planned. DealDesk used it at their industry event to strong effect, with prospects commenting on the professionalism of their web presence. Post-launch it required zero bug fixes and zero design adjustments: the faithful translation and thorough QA meant what shipped was exactly what was approved.
At a glance: two-week delivery, 4 pages, 0 post-launch bug fixes.
