Marcura: Framer Website After a Group Rebrand

Built to keep shipping.
Marcura processes billions of dollars in port payments a year, across seven product brands. Since 2024 we've been the embedded website team for this maritime B2B group.

The insight

In maritime, trust is built over months

Port agents, shipping lines and vessel operators choose partners slowly and stay with them for years. Marcura's B2B SaaS products, from DA-Desk and MarTrust to ShipServ and PortsDirect, handle the money and paperwork of global shipping. The website had to feel as dependable as the products, and grow as fast as the group.

The challenge

One brand, seven products, no time to stand still

What started in 2024 as a single rebrand site quickly became something bigger. New products, campaigns and an AI offering all needed pages, customer stories needed a home, and marketing needed to publish without waiting on developers. Meanwhile, the category's look was stuck on corporate blue and stock photos of container ships.

The solution

An embedded team, not a one-off project

We stopped treating the website as a project and started running it as a product. We design, build and maintain marcura.com end to end on Framer, with custom code wherever the native tools stop, and ship new product pages, campaigns and features continuously.
Underneath sits the system that makes it work: a CMS architecture where every case study is tagged by segment, vessel type, port region and service; a HubSpot integration with progressive profiling and calls to action that adapt to returning visitors; and analytics in GA4, Search Console and Microsoft Clarity, so every change is measured. On the surface, the look moved away from the category: a deeper palette, custom iconography, real photography from Marcura's own operations, and an AI landing page with a darker energy of its own.

The shift

From a rebrand site to a growth engine

Marcura's marketing team now publishes on its own, and the site keeps compounding. A new Claims Managed Services page reached #1 on Google, with the AI Overview on page one, within 14 days of going live. When an audit flagged broken links, 61 redirects went in within days and cleared every one.
The partnership has moved from build to growth: technical SEO, conversion optimization and steady improvement of the highest-intent pages, so the website grows as fast as the group behind it.
