This project showcases a complete end-to-end Excel workflow—from raw, unorganized data to a fully interactive dashboard. The goal was to clean, prepare, convert, and visualize datasets efficiently, ensuring data accuracy, structure, and insights for decision-making.

To prepare the dataset for analysis, I performed a thorough cleaning process:

Removed duplicate entries to maintain data integrity.

Fixed inconsistent text formats and converted them into standardized patterns.

Trimmed unnecessary spaces from cells to avoid formula and lookup errors.

Standardized date formats so all records aligned consistently.

This step ensured the data became reliable, structured, and analysis-ready.

Once the dataset was clean, I applied professional formatting to improve readability and usability:

Used conditional formatting to highlight patterns, outliers, and critical values.

Organized columns with proper alignment and applied uniform cell styles.

Converted raw ranges into structured Excel Tables with filters and defined headers.

This significantly improved data navigation and visual clarity for the client.

The client provided 12+ PDF files containing tabular information. I:

Extracted all tables with high accuracy.

Cleaned and normalized the extracted data.

Organized all PDF-derived records into tidy, properly formatted Excel sheets.

This allowed the client to work with previously locked-up PDF data effortlessly.

After preparing and consolidating the data, I built a dynamic dashboard featuring:

KPI cards to summarize key performance metrics.

Pivot charts for trend, distribution, and comparison analysis.

Slicers and filters for intuitive, interactive data exploration.

A clean, modern layout for easy interpretation of insights.

The final dashboard helped the client visualize patterns and make quick business decisions.
