Directory Hybrid App Design

The app is a dynamic platform designed to enhance social engagement and support local businesses by promoting check-ins at various establishments like bars, restaurants, cafes, and clubs. When users check in at these locations, they can share their whereabouts with friends, embark on unique missions, and earn virtual coins as rewards. This gamified approach not only incentivizes exploration and social interaction but also aids local businesses in gaining more visibility and reach. The development process of the app, which spans 50 pages, was meticulously planned, involving client interviews and competitor analysis to ensure a unique value proposition. The design phase encompassed UI design, branding, and illustrations, along with creating prototypes to refine the user experience. This comprehensive approach aimed at creating an engaging and user-friendly app that encourages community support for local enterprises while offering an enjoyable and interactive way for users to explore their city.

I have done Stakeholder Interviews, Requirements Gathering and Competitor analysis. This initial phase is crucial for understanding the business objectives, technical constraints, and overall vision for the project. It's a foundational step in the broader Design Thinking process, which encompasses understanding, ideation, prototyping, and testing.
