In collaboration with a leading organization, I spearheaded the development of a comprehensive tool to streamline the tracking and estimation of quality costs associated with defects, rework, and other mistakes across all divisions and areas of the company. The project aimed to enhance quality management processes by providing real-time insights into cost occurrences and trends, enabling proactive decision-making and targeted actions.

Key features of the tool included:

🛠️ Defect Management Integration: Implemented a unified platform within Microsoft SharePoint to allow all company users to enter additional costs associated with defects, rework, and other quality-related issues.
📊 Categorization and Divisional Allocation: Developed a robust categorization system to classify quality costs across different areas and divisions of the organization, facilitating granular analysis and targeted interventions.
📈 Real-time Cost Tracking: Utilized Power BI to create dynamic dashboards that provided real-time visibility into the evolution of quality costs per project. This enabled stakeholders to monitor cost trends, identify areas of concern, and take timely corrective actions.
🔄 Periodic Analysis and Insights: Leveraged Power Automate to automate data aggregation and analysis processes, enabling periodic reviews of quality cost data. At the end of each period, stakeholders could analyze cost distributions and trends to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Challenges and Solutions:
