During early ideation for the look and feel of the UI, Warner Brothers wanted to capture a cinematic feel throughout the game. Below are screens I put forth to champion my vision. For the main menu, I borrowed screens from a Blur Studios animation as a placeholder, and composited in a "DC Universe" logo I modeled and rendered as a placeholder for the game name.

The UI team iterated on many screens collaboratively and took inspiration from these early designs to create the final versions that can be found in the game today.


After the completion of the IA and user flows, I built out the multiplayer screen wireframes. Care was taken to ensure legible text formatting, proper and consistent layout of content, and interactions were fully captured so we could easily create our mockups without missing any details.
