Insurance.com is an insurance company based in the US. The team decided to revamp their existing web app to make it more user friendly and attract more clients to it. The work started with understand users through several interviews and surveys. Then, a UX audit was conducted on all the pages, followed by market research and best practices. After that, the wireframes were created, validated with stakeholders and I started with building the design system. Once the design system was built, I started working the designs, testing and handed them over to the developers.
