Led these projects and created proofs of concept.
Conducted user interviews, workshops, and personas.
Created user journeys and mockups that were tested with users and, after the feedback, completed high-fidelity prototypes.
Worked on several POCs. The first was about integrating the digital twin with a process model. The other projects involved proactive technical monitoring, reliability modeling, FRED modeling, and cumulative risk.
