UX Audit & Revamp for Telecom portal

Orange is a worldwide telecom company launched in France and expanded worldwide. The goal of this project was to revamp Orange Jordan's main website to increase adoption and revenue. The website has various journeys and sections, from personal to business and corporate social responsibility (CSR), and I was involved in all of them in multiple ways.
