A law firm was losing good leads because every inquiry sat in an inbox until someone had time to read it. So I built them a set of AI lead intake agents in Make.com. Each new inquiry is now read by OpenAI, sorted by case type, enriched with Apollo, email-checked with ZeroBounce, logged to Google Sheets and routed to the right attorney. No copy-pasting, no lead left waiting.
