Trello Vehicle Recon Tracker with Butler & Jotform

A vehicle buying business needed to see where every car stood after purchase, from intake through reconditioning to ready for sale. I built a Trello reconditioning board automated with Butler, fed directly by the team's Jotform vehicle purchase form through Zapier.

Each purchased vehicle was typed in by hand and progress lived in people's heads. Cars sat in one stage too long, labels were inconsistent and the owner had to chase the team for status updates.

Form to card. Every Jotform vehicle purchase submission creates a Trello card with the year, make, model and purchase details mapped into the card

Stage lists for each step of reconditioning, so every car has one clear position on the board

Butler rules that add the right label when a card enters a list, sort cards and move them along automatically

Due dates and reminders so cars don't stall in a stage
