GDPR Compliant Privacy Data Management Tool

As the project lead, I oversaw the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a client needing a robust tool to manage cookies and privacy data sharing in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards. Our primary goal was to create a user-friendly product that simplifies the complex process of data management and ensures compliance with privacy regulations.

My main responsibilities within this project included:

Product Vision: Provided strategic direction and guided the overall development of the product, with a keen focus on simplicity, compliance, and user experience.

Branding Process Coordination: Collaborated with marketing and design teams to develop a distinctive brand identity for the product, aligning it with the client's business goals and target audience expectations.

Product Discovery: Conducted comprehensive product discovery to identify key features, understand the competitive landscape, and refine our product vision.

UX/UI Design: Guided the user interface and user experience design process, ensuring the tool was not only compliant and efficient but also intuitive and aesthetically pleasing. This project highlights my capacity to deliver an effective product under regulatory constraints, balancing user experience and legal requirements.
