At Crispal, I led the development of a SaaS product for internal task delegation in the manufacturing and retail sector, overseeing the journey from concept to MVP, and then to our first clients. My leadership was instrumental in guiding the product's direction and success. I worked with a team of 2 UX/UI designers, 5 developers, and 1 QA.

Product Leadership: Managed the entire product lifecycle, including vision, roadmap, and execution strategy.-

From 0 to MVP: Collaborated with the development team to create a functional MVP from scratch.

Client Acquisition: Refined the MVP to secure our first clients, establishing a market presence in CEE region.

PLG Strategy Integration: Incorporated Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy to optimize the product experience and drive user adoption and satisfaction.

Grew MRR from $0 to $10,000.

Acquired the first 3 clients, reaching over 4500 DAU.

Now in the process of fundraising for a Seed round.
