Serving as the project lead, I had the opportunity to work with Wielton, one of Europe's top truck trailer producers, on their custom system. This system's primary objective was to foster a well-connected community among employees, enabling seamless communication between production workers, their peers, and employers.
To fulfill this goal, my team and I developed intuitive iOS and Android apps, curated with content personalized for every employee. Alongside this, we also built a web-based Admin Panel for the HR department, empowering them with control over content management, the ability to steer the training process, and the capability for flexible top-down communication.
