Serving as the project lead, I had the opportunity to work with Wielton, one of Europe's top truck trailer producers, on their custom system. This system's primary objective was to foster a well-connected community among employees, enabling seamless communication between production workers, their peers, and employers.
To fulfill this goal, my team and I developed intuitive iOS and Android apps, curated with content personalized for every employee. Alongside this, we also built a web-based Admin Panel for the HR department, empowering them with control over content management, the ability to steer the training process, and the capability for flexible top-down communication. My key responsibilities in this project included:
- Roadmapping: Guided the strategic planning process, establishing the project's roadmap to ensure a smooth execution.
- UX/UI Design: Oversaw the design process, crafting an intuitive user interface that would deliver an optimal user experience.
- Team Coordination: Effectively coordinated the work between the development team and Wielton's employees, ensuring the seamless execution of the project.
- User Interviews: Engaged directly with end-users to gather valuable insights, which were instrumental in informing our design decisions.
- Creation of User Stories: Developed detailed user stories that clearly communicated the needs and behaviors of our target user group to the development team.
This project underscores my capability to manage a comprehensive digital transformation project in a large-scale, diverse employee environment.
