Background

Tesla, Inc. is a global leader in EVs, energy, and autonomous tech. Its insurance program, InsureMyTesla, offers digital, data-driven coverage using real-time vehicle data. Expanding into the Middle East and Asia demanded the creation of a new portal tailored to local regulations and cultural expectations.

Core problem

Without a localized insurance program, Tesla customers in the Middle East and Asia had to rely on third-party insurers, resulting in a fragmented experience, lost revenue, and in some cases, legal barriers to vehicle ownership that hindered sales and market growth.

Results and Impact

By building InsureMyTesla from the ground up for the Middle East and Asia, we delivered a seamless, API-powered insurance experience that aligns with Tesla’s commitment to automation, efficiency, and customer-centric design.
📈 2x Increase in Users Reaching the Quote Page – Measured through A/B testing and funnel analytics by comparing drop-off rates before and after optimizing the quoting flow and improving pricing transparency.
⚡ 4× Faster Quote-to-Policy Process – Derived from event tracking and time-to-completion data, showing a significant reduction in the time from initial quote request to policy activation.
⭐ 85% Increase in User Satisfaction – Measured through post-interaction surveys and NPS (Net Promoter Score) improvements, capturing user sentiment and experience enhancements.
