Overview

eArif.com turns broad CRM and automation consulting expertise into a clear, client-ready service platform for coaches, agencies, service businesses, and ecommerce teams.
I led the positioning, service architecture, buyer journey, proof structure, and responsive QA, with a focus on making complex systems work easier to understand and request.

The challenge

CRM, funnel, membership, ecommerce, and reporting work often fails before delivery because the scope is unclear. Buyers need to understand the outcome, dependencies, responsibilities, limits, and next step before trusting a consultant with business-critical systems.

What I owned

Positioning and information architecture for a productized consulting platform
Service catalog structure, scope boundaries, requirements, pricing logic, and FAQs
Audit-led conversion paths for buyers who need clarity before implementation
Proof, related-service, and request-flow structure across the buyer journey
Responsive desktop and mobile QA plus documented handoff thinking

Approach

Start with the operational problem

I organized the platform around the failures clients actually experience: missed leads, broken access, unreliable reporting, disconnected tools, unclear ownership, and follow-up gaps.

Productize the service path

Broad capability was translated into focused entry points. Audits diagnose the system; implementation offers solve a defined path; ongoing support remains separate so scope and accountability stay clear.

Build trust into the interface

Each service path makes deliverables, client inputs, exclusions, timeline, proof, and the next action visible. This reduces ambiguity and helps qualified buyers self-select.

QA the end-to-end journey

The experience was reviewed as one system—from discovery and comparison through service selection, request submission, responsive behavior, and handoff expectations.

Result

The delivered platform presents CRM and automation services through a cohesive, audit-led buyer journey with visible scope, required inputs, comparison paths, request routing, responsive QA, and handoff expectations. Buyers can begin with a focused audit or choose a defined implementation path, while custom work remains separately scoped.
Clear scope. Tested handoffs. Documented systems.
