Absolutely! I was there to support the awesome marketing team in handling Instagram DMs, comments, and tags. Plus, I pitched in to schedule those cool, colorful Instagram posts and stories that perfectly matched the brand's funky and vibrant vibe.

Sure thing! I had the weekend shift locked down, making sure I caught every email from customers, shop managers, and potential marketing partners. I hustled to maintain that pristine inbox, making sure everyone had a stellar experience and swooping in to turn any frowns upside down if things went south. Behind the scenes, I was the go-to for sorting out DoorDash delivery snags and handling any Yelp-related hiccups. When I joined the team IRL, I would help out with photoshoots, packing merch, and creating unique graphics for each shop!
