What I Did
Analyzed existing mobile flows to understand where shoppers were dropping off.
Simplified the main navigation and added clear entry points into collections, sizes, and materials.
Redesigned product cards and PDPs to highlight inclusive sizing, ethical sourcing, and real customer photos.
Clarified CTAs and reduced visual noise to keep users focused on choosing and adding to cart.
Handed off annotated Figma files to the dev team for implementation.
Results
