The Literacy Project

👩🏻‍💻 Who: I worked with designers and developers to create a platform to manage literacy scorecards for children enrolled in their reading programs for our nonprofit organization.

💻 What: Digitizing these scorecards will allow for a more efficient workflow, saving the NPO countless hours of work. Digitization will also make scorecard information available sooner and open the door for more advanced analysis of the collected information.

💡 How: We designed low and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile mediums through user research, user flows, competitive analysis, personas, affinity mapping, information architecture, sketches, wireframes, A/B testing, and iterations. We also enhanced cross team collaboration by integrating new visually and functionally consistent design library and style guides.
