💡 What: Small businesses don’t have the funds for large marketing campaigns, which limits their growth and customer acquisition. Many small businesses have found some success through word-of-mouth or social media, but this growth is still limited. So how might we create a space for customers to shop intentionally while helping small businesses gain exposure?
How: Our design process included the competitive analysis, user interviews, personas, affinity diagram, information architecture, sketches, wireframes, user testing, and iterations.
We created a central hub for small businesses to grow and expand. Our mobile application allowed for customers to shop intentionally with small businesses.
