💡 What: Small businesses don’t have the funds for large marketing campaigns, which limits their growth and customer acquisition. Many small businesses have found some success through word-of-mouth or social media, but this growth is still limited. So how might we create a space for customers to shop intentionally while helping small businesses gain exposure?

👩🏻‍💻 Who: I worked as the Project Leader (and as a UI/UX designer) alongside 3 other student designers. We worked together to ideate and create our mobile application.

How: Our design process included the competitive analysis, user interviews, personas, affinity diagram, information architecture, sketches, wireframes, user testing, and iterations.
