Introduction

Abriss Schuhmacher, a demolition company based in Germany, approached me to create their very first website. This project was significant, as it marked the company's entry into the digital landscape, and they entrusted me with the responsibility of establishing their online presence.

Research and Planning

To ensure the website would effectively represent Abriss Schuhmacher and resonate with potential clients, I researched the demolition industry thoroughly. This included analyzing competitors and identifying best practices that could be leveraged to create a strong, user-friendly website.
Additionally, a questionnaire was distributed to gather insights from potential users about their expectations and needs. The combination of competitive analysis and user feedback informed the design direction, ensuring the website would be functional and appealing.

Design and Prototyping

With research insights, I created design mockups emphasizing ease of navigation, readability, and an attractive presentation of the company's services. The prototypes were tested with stakeholders, who expressed high satisfaction with the proposed design.

Content Development

One of the primary challenges was developing the website's main copy. I collaborated closely with the stakeholders to address this, drafting the content parallel to the design process. Launch and Post-Launch Strategy

The website was successfully launched in January 2024, marking a significant milestone for Abriss Schuhmacher. Following the launch, we implemented a content plan to enhance SEO and establish the company's authority in the demolition sector. The website achieved impressive results within three months, garnering 45,000 impressions and 1,000 unique visitors.
