A B2B SaaS platform helping funeral homes navigate modern memorials with reliability.

We worked with MemoryShare on their brand identity, system design, and website to better align their product with the expectations of their audience.

Brief & Discovery

MemoryShare had strong product clarity, but the brand did not reflect the level of trust their audience required.
They were operating in a sensitive space, working with funeral homes managing moments of grief and remembrance. While the product was reliable, the visual language and digital structure felt minimal and slightly disconnected from the emotional and operational weight of the service. For a B2B audience in this context, trust is not built gradually. It needs to be felt immediately.

Diagnosis & Design

In grief-tech, trust is built before emotion is expressed.
This became the guiding principle. The brand needed to shift from feeling light and product-led to something more composed and dependable. The goal was not to remove warmth, but to introduce structure and stability so the product could be trusted before it is explored.
We recalibrated the tone of the system to feel more grounded and intentional. Typography, layout, and pacing were adjusted to reduce visual noise and create a sense of control. The design avoids unnecessary expression and instead focuses on clarity, reliability, and ease of use.
The website extended this approach by simplifying how the product is understood. It prioritizes clarity in communication while supporting the practical needs of funeral homes, from onboarding to usage.

Outcome & Impact

The brand now communicates reliability before a user engages with the product.
MemoryShare is able to present itself as a composed and dependable system in a space where trust is essential. The identity supports both emotional sensitivity and operational clarity, allowing the platform to connect more effectively with its audience.
It positions the product not just as a tool, but as a trusted part of the service funeral homes provide.

In the Co-Founder’s words,

Working with Gaurav and team has been nothing short of incredible. His speed, design intuition, and attention to detail are unmatched. He feels like part of our team, always responsive and intentional. The quality of work he delivered, even across time zones, was beyond impressive. I’d work with him again a hundred times over.
