Global facilitators who design the structure and energy of high-stakes conversations.

We worked with Moderate The Panel on a brand refresh, identity system, and website to support their expansion into larger institutional environments.

Brief & Discovery

As Moderate The Panel began working in larger institutional spaces, perception started shaping access.
Their work was already strong. They were facilitating complex, high-stakes conversations across global stages. But the way they showed up didn’t fully reflect the level of discipline and intelligence behind what they did. This created a gap where the quality of their work was not immediately visible to the rooms they were entering.
What became clear was that they were not just moderating conversations. They were shaping how those conversations unfold.

Diagnosis & Design

Their work is environmental design, disguised as moderation.
We approached the brand from this perspective. The goal was not to make it louder or more expressive, but to give it structure and presence that could hold in high-stakes environments. It needed to signal credibility while still carrying a sense of movement and energy.
The identity was built around structured momentum. Layout, typography, and pacing were treated as tools to guide attention, much like a well-moderated conversation. The system allows for flexibility, but always within a clear framework that reflects how they operate.
The website extended this thinking. It was designed to make their offering easier to understand, while showcasing the depth and range of their global network.

Outcome & Impact

The brand now reflects the discipline and intelligence behind every room they shape.
Moderate The Panel is able to show up with a clearer presence across institutional and global contexts. The system supports their growth, while maintaining consistency across touchpoints, from digital platforms to event environments.
It positions them not just as moderators, but as designers of conversation.

In the Co-Founder’s words,

Gaurav and Arushi were an absolute pleasure to work with. They listened carefully, took direction with ease, and offered thoughtful options that helped us shape a fresh, modern identity for Moderate The Panel. They worked within our budget, delivered beautiful design work, and guided us through the full rebrand process with clarity, professionalism, and creativity. The brand they created will serve us well for years, and they continue to support us whenever we need help. We’re thrilled with the results and deeply appreciate everything they brought to the project.
