We worked with Spira Capital to define their brand, identity system, and digital presence as they entered the market.
Brief & Discovery
Spira entered the market with ambition, but without the infrastructure to support how they needed to be perceived.
Internally, the business was disciplined and operationally strong. But externally, there was little to signal that. For a firm positioning itself as a fractional Chief Operating Officer, this created a gap between what they were and how they appeared. The risk was not just being overlooked, but being misunderstood.
Diagnosis & Design
The brand needed to communicate discipline before a conversation even began.
We focused on building a system that reflects how Spira actually operates. The identity was designed to feel structured, composed, and intentional, without becoming rigid or impersonal. It needed to hold credibility across different audiences, from startups to venture firms, while remaining clear and accessible.
The direction centered on creating a visual and verbal system that could scale with the business. Typography, layout, and composition were treated as structural tools, not decoration. Every element was designed to reinforce clarity, consistency, and long-term thinking.
Outcome & Impact
The result was an identity built for differentiation and long-term expansion.
Spira entered the market with a presence that matched the way they operate internally. The system allowed them to communicate clearly across touchpoints, from website to client interactions, while maintaining consistency as they grew. It created a foundation that could support both perception and scale.
