A digital wellness platform helping users regain control over their relationship with technology.

We worked with LeadMeNot across two phases, starting with their pitch deck during a fundraising sprint and continuing into a refinement of their brand identity as the company evolved.

Brief & Discovery

LeadMeNot had conviction and data, but the pitch deck still relied on the founder to make it land. At fundraising scale, that becomes a problem.
The team had already built a strong product and assembled the right information, but the story didn’t quite hold on its own. Each presentation required the founder to fill in the gaps, which made the narrative harder to follow and less consistent across conversations. It became clear that the issue wasn’t about adding more, but about making the existing story work without explanation.

Diagnosis & Design

The issue wasn’t visual. It was in how the story was put together.
The deck followed a familiar structure, but the flow didn’t match how someone new would understand the product. Context came in late, ideas were layered too quickly, and key points relied on interpretation.
We reworked the narrative so that it builds in a more deliberate way. Context comes first, ideas unfold one layer at a time, and each section answers a clear question before moving forward. The goal was to reduce the need for explanation and let the story guide itself.
The visual system was designed to support this. Typography, layout, and pacing were kept consistent so that nothing competed with the message. Each slide works on its own, but also fits into a larger, coherent flow.

Outcome & Impact

The deck was reshaped into something that could communicate without relying on the founder’s presence.
This supported a $250,000 raise and changed how conversations unfolded. Instead of explaining the narrative, the team could move directly into meaningful discussion. The deck also became a reusable foundation across investor conversations, partnerships, and future growth.

Phase II : Brand Refresh & Evolution

The existing identity had a strong idea behind it, but it didn’t hold consistently across digital contexts.
Rather than redesigning it entirely, we focused on refining what was already there. We tightened proportions, simplified the geometry, and improved how the mark behaved across applications. The aim was to keep the original intent intact while making the system more stable and usable as the company grew.

In the Founder’s words,

Working with Gaurav and Arushi on our pitch deck was a genuinely transformative experience. We already had a foundation in place, but the way they built on it while staying true to our brand voice was remarkable. They quickly understood not just what we had created, but what we were trying to communicate, and elevated it with clarity and precision.
What stood out most was how aligned the process felt. In the past, I’ve experienced the disconnect that often comes with agency work, where the final output misses the nuance of the brand. That was never the case here. They immersed themselves in our context and translated it into something that felt both natural and highly considered.
They were collaborative, responsive, and brought thoughtful suggestions that improved the work in ways we hadn’t anticipated. The result was a pitch deck that not only communicated our story effectively, but also gave us confidence going into every conversation.

Redesigned the pitch deck from scratch, helping them secure $250K+ in funding. Also led their logo and visual alignment post-funding.
