Calmabys™ /// Brand Strategy & Design

Calmabys™ is a premium CBD oral sleeping spray and a new revolutionary product with a lot of tech behind it. The goal was to translate that expertise through visuals so it feels premium and belongs in the industry before you even read the label.

The name was developed by combining the word calm because that is what the product provides and cannabis which is at the core of the formula creating the abstract and unique Calmabys name. Since this is an ecommerce based brand it gave us the freedom to explore the visual system in more dynamic ways knowing the brand will live in the digital world about 80 percent of the time.

The visual system came together around two main things:

→ Shapes that flow softly and naturally giving a sense of ease → Colors that mix calm muted tones with small touches of contrast to keep it premium The logo takes inspiration from a hemp leaf and a spray splatter. The goal was to create a minimal versatile mark that works across many materials sizes and lockups. It is a mix of nature and science just like the product itself with the aim of making you think this looks calming the second you see it.
