Challenge:

Avolve Software is a well-established GovTech SaaS with a consistent customer base for over 15 years. However, when I joined them as a contractor, they had a limited marketing budget and limited marketing staff. Therefore, I lead brand objectives with a very limited budget for social media direction and implementation.

Process:

What I did for Avolve Software:
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Define the most important social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content, including video content
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Present social media best practices to Senior Leadership
Manage executive personal brand presence on LinkedIn

Results:

The 3-month lookback revealed:
74% increase in search appearances on LinkedIn
950% increase in followers on LinkedIn
The 9-month lookback revealed:
35000% increase in post engagement
1053% increase in reached users
1183% increase in engagement
Note: During my tenure with Avolve Software, they acquired another competitor in the UK. Due to my efforts and other staff on their amazing team, Avolve Software went from a national company to a global company.
