Challenge:

Marco is a new startup focusing on the Central American and South America markets, but anyone can apply for their financing, including domestic startups and enterprise-level businesses. They focus on microloans for trade financing.
When I started with their team, they had no marketing team and a fixed budget. They need more brand awareness from social media for investor relations and partnership opportunities to build a sustainable revenue stream.

Process:

What I did for Marco Financial:
Planning and developing social media campaigns
Crafting compelling content or getting it developed
Posting content across social media accounts
Engaging with customers on different channels
Analyzing running campaigns
Being on top of the latest social media trends

Results:

According to the 6-month lookback:
97% increase in unique impressions (LinkedIn)
90% increase in followers (LinkedIn)
89% increase in website clicks (LinkedIn)
109% twitter brand awareness
Note: During my tenure at Marco Financial, they partnered with DP Global, which activated partnerships on a global level. All the brand growth efforts from myself and all their staff members allowed for the operational budget to hire a full-time marketing team to take over all areas of marketing, including social media.
